Meet Your End-of-Life Coach

My work in end-of-life care began with hospice, where I found a meaningful way to support individuals and families during an important and often difficult time. As a certified death doula and grief coach, I have continued to develop my understanding of the needs of both patients and families.

Being a life coach for many years, I bring experience in listening, communication, life transitions, and helping people identify what matters most. I offer companionship and a calm, supportive presence for the patient, while also providing support and guidance for family members and caregivers.

I have a particular interest in legacy and life review, helping people reflect on their lives and share the stories and memories they want their loved ones to carry forward.

I also bring strong organizational and business skills to help families gather important documents, information, and plans, making things easier for those who will eventually manage these responsibilities.

I care about the entire family—not just the person approaching the end of life. My goal is to encourage communication, reduce confusion, and help create an
environment where peace, dignity, love, and closure are possible for everyone.
