About

My journey into this work didn’t begin in a clinic or a classroom — it began in the world of hospitality, where I spent 15 years as a department head, hands-on leader, and team player. I learned how to listen deeply, respond intuitively, and create spaces where people feel cared for. Over time, that skillset began pointing me toward something more personal — a quiet but persistent calling to offer comfort, clarity, and connection at the end of life.

After moving to the countryside and looking for ways to engage with elders in my community, I found myself working as a caregiver. What began as a simple weekly visit turned into something much bigger — a new path. Becoming an end-of-life doula has allowed me to bring together my heart for service, my belief in intergenerational connection, and my passion for building bridges between the living and the dying, the grieving and the healing.

Today, I support individuals and families through the dying process with presence, planning, and practical compassion. I also host workshops and gatherings that help communities talk more openly about death, grief, and legacy — because I believe we all deserve to feel held at life’s most tender thresholds.

Whether you’re navigating an illness, caring for a loved one, or simply curious about how to approach the end of life more intentionally, I’m here to help guide the way.
