Through my business, Life’s Milestones, I provide compassionate, practical, and personalized end-of-life care and support to individuals and families. With approximately 10 years of experience supporting families through significant life transitions, my goal is to help people feel prepared, supported, and confident in honoring their loved one’s wishes during one of life’s most difficult times.
My services include advance care planning, guidance in preparing end-of-life documents, referrals for will and estate planning, and conversations about memorial service wishes, burial and cremation options, and other important decisions. I also help families organize personal information, photographs, and other materials they may need when the time comes.
As end of life approaches, I offer education about the dying process, vigil and bedside planning, and assistance with communication among family members and care providers. I can also coordinate with hospice, funeral homes, and other professionals to help ensure an individual’s wishes are understood and honored.
I believe thoughtful preparation can ease uncertainty and allow families to focus on what matters most: being present with their loved one. Through Life’s Milestones, I strive to help individuals and families navigate the end-of-life journey with dignity, clarity, and peace of mind.
