About
I am an End-of-Life Doula trained through the Osher Center for Integrative Health at the University of Vermont, specializing in death education, traumatic grief, and suicide-related loss. I provide non-clinical, trauma-informed support to individuals and families navigating end-of-life, anticipatory grief, and the complex emotional, spiritual, and relational adjustments that follow a death.
My work is grounded in ethical accompaniment, cultural humility, and a deep understanding of the psychological and existential impact of loss. As an educator and trainer, I develop structured curricula on grief, meaning-making, suicide bereavement, and compassionate end-of-life care. My practice centers on clarity, stabilization, continuity of the bond, and maintaining emotional safety for families during and after the dying process.
