I’m an end-of-life doula, grief coach and communications professional. I help individuals, families and organizations navigate serious illness, caregiving, grief and end-of-life experiences with more clarity and less fear.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: people deserve honest conversations, compassionate support and someone willing to be present with them through life’s most difficult transitions.

For more than twenty years, I led communications for global organizations helping executives and employees communicate through change, crisis and uncertainty. Today, I bring that same approach to a different setting. Whether I’m sitting beside someone facing a serious diagnosis, facilitating a family conversation or helping a manager support a grieving employee, I believe thoughtful communication and steady presence can make even the hardest moments feel a little less overwhelming.
