My name is Caitlin Leilani Tallungan, I am honored to work in the end of life space.

As a Registered Nurse over the last 8 years with experience in hospice, emergency, and trauma care, I have witnessed both the fragility and undeniable resilience of the human spirit. I am a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse (CHPN), which deepens my ability to bring clarity, comfort, and grounded knowledge to clients and their circle of support navigating end-of-life. I have been trained with International End-of-Life Doula Association, Going With Grace, and Doulagivers.

Whether through advanced planning, ritual exploration, vigil sitting, legacy projects, or holding heavy moments with a calm presence, I offer care that honors the whole person: body, mind and spirit. I specialize in working with clients and families in the acute transition phase but am available to all points of the end-of-life journey. I also specifically work with individuals who have experienced near-death experiences (NDEs) to assist with integration and alignment of the transformative moment of facing their mortality.
