Carly Anderson
About
I am a registered nurse, certified thanatologist (CT), and ASL interpreter with over 17 years of experience working in healthcare and high-pressure, grief-adjacent environments.
I am currently completing my end-of-life doula training through the University of Vermont, further deepening my ability to support individuals and families navigating serious illness, dying, and loss.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, emotional regulation, and relational awareness. I bring a unique interdisciplinary lens shaped by my clinical background, interpreting experience, and role as a family advocate in organ donation, as well as my personal experience as a mother to a transplant recipient.
I support individuals and families through presence-centered care that honors the complexity of each experience, and I also design and facilitate structured reflective practices for professionals working in high-pressure roles, including healthcare teams, hospice staff, and interpreters. These spaces help individuals process what they carry, strengthen communication, and sustain their capacity to do meaningful work over time.
Across all settings, my focus is on helping people remain grounded, navigate complexity with clarity, and move through deeply human experiences with steadiness and support.
