At In the Spirit of Healing, my mission as a death doula & grief coach is to help dying or grieving individuals navigate their journeys with compassion, presence, and healing while illuminating that death is not an endpoint but a sacred aspect of the human experience woven together with the complexities of life. To normalize conversations about death and grief, exploring these topics openly to empower individuals and communities to honor their desires, transform their experiences, and discover the growth and gifts hidden within life’s challenges.

I support those living with life-limiting illnesses in exploring what options are available to them. One of the things I have learned through this work is that planning for the end of life is really about planning for how we want to live. These conversations invite us to consider our values, our relationships, and what gives our lives meaning. They also give us an opportunity to ensure our wishes are known and honored.
As your death doula, I am here to provide education, companionship, and a space for honest conversation. I walk beside you as you continue to reflect on the practical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your plans. You do not have to navigate this alone.
