About

I am an end-of-life doula, certified dementia specialist, and hospice volunteer. My calling is to walk beside individuals and their care circle as they navigate aging, serious illness, dementia, caregiving challenges, and the profound transitions that come at the end of life. In moments that can feel heavy or uncertain, I offer calm, clarity, and compassion so no one has to journey alone.

As the founder of Compassionate Crossings, I provide steady guidance and a heartfelt presence through some of life’s most tender passages. I weave together lived experience with advanced training in end-of-life support, dementia care, and grief work, creating space for open conversation, meaningful planning, and comfort rooted in what matters most.

My approach begins with listening, honoring each person’s values, stories, and sense of dignity. Whether I am supporting a family facing a new diagnosis, helping them prepare for what lies ahead, or sitting quietly at a bedside near life’s end, I hold space with warmth, humility, and a deep respect for the unique rhythm of each life.

Beyond my private practice, I serve as a community lead for Dementia Friendly Montgomery County, working to foster awareness, lessen stigma, and strengthen the network of care for those living with dementia and their loved ones.

I believe that when we face our mortality with honesty and grace, we discover how to live more fully. My purpose is to help others find peace, meaning, and connection—wherever they are on the path.
