About

I became certified as a Death Midwife through Earth Traditions, by instructor Angie Buchanan, in March of 2025. My goal is to engage, accompany and empower seniors throughout their second half of life, by engaging them where they are in life, and helping them plan for death. I have embraced the role of life facilitator and death planner. While doula and midwife are both words that are used for service to the dying, I have chosen to title myself a death planner, which includes death midwifery. As a life facilitator, I engage with seniors in various communities, from independent living to memory care, and work to engage them through music connection and games.

I provide non-medical, compassionate support and guidance for people who are dying and their loved ones. I hold space to help the dying and their loved ones consciously navigate this sacred threshold with less fear and regret, and more ease, connection and peace.
I honor all identities and relationships and want everyone I work with and who is in my care to feel seen and affirmed for who they are.
My services include sitting vigil, death planning, grief support and guidance around death and the time leading up to death.
