About
I’m an End-of-Life Doula, care coordinator, and mediator who trained through the University of Vermont’s End-of-Life Doula Certificate Program. After decades of work in organizing, coaching, facilitation, and mediation, I felt called to this work during a family health crisis — when my mother-in-law became gravely ill, and the family faced the overwhelming decision of whether to pursue further treatment or transition to palliative care. Watching a skilled palliative care coordinator guide us through that chaos with compassion, candor, and fierce respect for the family’s agency showed me the meaning this work can bring. Having since walked through many personal losses with family and friends, I channel her background in organizing, coaching, mediation, and planning into helping others move through this chapter with dignity, authenticity, and peace of mind.
I believe death and dying can be biological, personal, relational, and cultural all at once. Rather than offering cookie-cutter plans, I hold space for difficult conversations with deep listening, care, and candor — providing facilitation, coordination, companioning, and logistical support so clients can stay grounded in their own needs and values. I’m committed to building a welcoming space where people of all family structures, races, faiths, cultures, sexualities, and gender identities feel safe, respected, and fully seen.
My services include: end-of-life planning and Advance Care Directives; legacy/belongings audits; caregiver support and sustainability planning; bedside and vigil support; care network setup; family alignment and compassionate mediation; grief support; and memorial & post-life practical support.
You’re not alone in this. Together, we’ll bring clarity to hard decisions, ease what feels overwhelming, and hold space for peace of mind.
