I’m a certified end-of-life doula, grief educator and coach, and after-loss support professional based in New Orleans. I help individuals and families navigate the emotional and practical challenges of serious illness, dying, and grief with compassion, clarity, and knowledgeable guidance.
I provide continuity of care before, during, and after a death, offering advance care planning, bedside support, legacy projects, end-of-life advocacy, funeral and burial planning, grief support, and practical after-loss assistance for loved ones. As a speaker and educator on death, dying, grief, and after-loss care, I am passionate about helping people feel informed, supported, and less alone throughout the end-of-life journey.

As an experienced speaker and educator on death, dying, grief, and after-loss care, I am passionate about helping people become more comfortable having conversations about mortality and preparing for the inevitable with intention rather than fear.

My work is grounded in specialized training as an end-of-life doula, grief educator and coach, and after-loss support professional, as well as hands-on hospice volunteer experience. I also hold a Ph.D. in Holistic Nutrition and have training as a professional coach, bringing a whole-person, client-centered approach to every interaction.
