With more than three decades in nursing—spanning NICU, hospice, and palliative care—I bring deep compassion and presence to those navigating life’s most sacred transitions. After years in clinical service in the United States, I co-created a retreat center in Costa Rica and founded Eponicity, blending coaching, art, and equine wisdom to help people reconnect, celebrate, and remember who they were born to be.

As an Equine-Supported Doula, I partner with horses to support individuals and families preparing for death well before the final days. Horses mirror our emotional truth, inviting us to release fear and return to presence. This unique approach weaves nature, movement, and mindfulness into the end-of-life journey, transforming it from something to dread into something to live fully.
