About

Hello,

My name is Erin. I have an MS degree and certification as a Nutritionist working with the digestive system and foundations of health, but found through all the healing paths how important, essential, and often overlooked death is.

Whether an individual is going through the physical dying process, or experiencing the grief that can arise when parts of themselves feel lost while still living.

Death has been left by the wayside rather than carefully tended to as the transition deserves.

As a death doula, I offer a compassionate presence and space for grief, fear, uncertainty, and reflection to exist without needing to be fixed, rushed, or solved. My role is not to take away what is difficult, but to sit alongside it with care, dignity, and respect. If desired holistic health practices can be involved in terms of offering alternative approaches for relief through the process.

I believe that death and grief ask to be witnessed, honored, and given room to unfold in their own time. When an individual is ready, there may be opportunities for release, meaning-making, or simply a deeper acceptance of what is.

Whether supporting someone facing the end of life, accompanying loved ones through anticipatory grief, or holding space after living losses, my intention is to help create a gentler relationship with one of life’s most profound transitions.
