I’m Jacquelyn Miller, RN, BSN, and since 2019 I’ve been walking alongside patients and families in hospice and palliative care. Through my End of Life Consulting services, I provide:

✨ Guidance through difficult decisions and care planning
✨ Non-medical, compassionate support for both patients and caregivers
✨ The peace of mind of having someone experienced by your side
