I’m Jenny Adamo, a social worker and end-of-life doula with over twenty years of experience supporting individuals and families through complex health decisions, serious illness, and end-of-life transitions.

My work sits at the intersection of advocacy, care planning, and emotional support. As a Certified Patient Advocate, Advanced Care Planning facilitator, and End-of-Life Doula, I help people make sense of overwhelming systems, clarify what matters most, and move forward with steadiness and intention.

I approach this work with calm presence, practical guidance, and deep respect for each family’s values and dynamics.

I believe no one should have to navigate these moments alone — and that clarity, dignity, and compassion can coexist, even in the hardest seasons.
