About

As an End-of-Life Doula, I support individuals and their loved ones through the sacred transition out of life with the same loving preparation, comfort, and presence that a birth doula provides for those entering it.

Professional Background
I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology and have a deep clinical foundation in grief work. My credentials include:

* NEDA Proficiency Badge: Member of the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance.
* The Dying Year: Completed specialized training for Death Doulas.
* NICABM: Certified in strategies for processing grief and loss.

Experience & Philosophy
My first career as a family therapist taught me how to remain calm and open during turbulent times. I learned that my role isn’t to provide “the answer,” but to listen deeply and help families craft solutions that honor their unique needs. As a spiritual storyteller, I lead a multi-faith school that fosters exchange across dozens of traditions. This work has instilled in me a profound spiritual humility and an appreciation for the treasures within every path.

Personal Journey
My approach is shaped by personal loss—from the sudden death of my mother in my youth to serving as the primary caregiver for my father through a long illness. Having counseled many through grief and officiated numerous funerals, I understand the delicate, intertwined nature of love and loss.

It is my humble privilege to offer a steady hand and an open heart to those navigating the end of life.
