I am an End-of-Life Doula trained by INELDA (the International End of Life Doula Association) and a founding member of Beyond the Veil Doula Collective. With a background in education, cultural studies, writing, and meditation, my work is rooted in deep listening, compassionate guidance, and honoring of diverse traditions and beliefs. With deep compassion and extensive experience, I provide holistic end-of-life care, guiding individuals and families with wisdom and grace. With calming presence and unwavering support, I help navigate the unknown, bringing peace, comfort, and dignity.

My work as an End-of-Life Doula supports both individuals and their families, offering practical assistance, emotional support, and space for meaningful reflection.

Some of my services:

-Visit with the dying person and loved ones;
-Engage in deep active listening to hear your needs and concerns;
-Assist with gathering important documents such as advanced directives;
-Help with phone calls, appointments scheduling with doctors, hospice, mortuary;
-Provide guidance and inspiration for the creation of a legacy project;
-Sit with the dying person in exploration of a life review;
-Help to create a Vigil Plan;
-Provide support and comfort for use of MAID or VSED;
-Offer bedside comfort singing and use of sound bowls for centering;
-Lead guided Imagery and Meditation responsive to your needs in the moment;
-Use essential oils, reiki, massage for pain management and peaceful rest;
-Create personalized ceremonies and rituals to inspire love and deep connection;
-Record the most significant events and experiences of your life in a written memoir;
-Help to create a gathering and ceremony for honoring the loved one after death.
