About

I am a Registered Nurse with one year of hospice experience at VITAS, offering gentle, grounded end-of-life emotional and spiritual support for individuals and families navigating one of life’s most sacred transitions.

My work is not about fixing or rescuing. It is about presence — creating calm, safety, and space when everything is changing. I support people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to be with a loved one at the end of life, especially in families carrying layers of trauma, addiction history, estrangement, or unspoken grief.

I specialize in nervous-system regulation, meaningful conversation, and helping families find peace, closure, and dignity in the final chapter of life. I walk alongside both the person who is dying and the people who love them, offering compassionate guidance.

This work grows naturally out of my own life experience, my recovery journey, and my background in holistic nursing, trauma-informed care, and emotional resilience. I believe deeply that no one should have to face the end of life feeling unseen, unheard, or alone.
My services are non-medical and do not replace hospice or clinical care. I offer:

• Emotional and spiritual presence
• Nervous system calming and grounding support
• Compassionate listening and life-completion conversations
• Legacy and memory creation (letters, recordings, reflections)
• Support for anticipatory grief and family transitions
• Guidance for meaningful goodbyes and closure
• Post-death integration and grief support for loved ones

While I am a Registered Nurse with hospice experience, my role as an End-of-Life Doula is focused on emotional, spiritual, and relational care rather than medical.
