I am an executive and leadership coach, end-of-life coach, and hospice volunteer who believes deeply in living with intention. Over the years, I have worn many hats as a leader, guide, parent, caregiver, and friend, but what matters most to me is helping others find clarity, meaning, and fulfillment in their lives. Through end-of-life coaching and planning, I support individuals in exploring their end-of-life options so they can live more fully in the present. I value connection and reflection, love being outdoors, learning, and sharing what I discover, and I strive to live each day with both practicality and heart.
