About
I am an End-of-Life Doula dedicated to companioning individuals and families through serious illness, aging, and the end-of-life journey with presence, compassion, and respect. My work is rooted in non-anxious presence, unconditional positive regard, and the belief that each person is the expert in their own life.
I provide non-medical emotional, spiritual, and practical support, helping clients and families navigate conversations around values, wishes, advance care planning, vigil preparation, and legacy work. I approach each relationship with humility and without agenda, honoring the dignity, autonomy, and lived experience of the individual.
My background includes extensive personal and professional caregiving experience, particularly supporting aging parents and navigating complex medical systems. This lived experience deeply informs my practice and allows me to support families with both empathy and steadiness.
I believe end-of-life care is not about fixing or controlling outcomes, but about creating a safe, calm container where stories can be shared, choices can be honored, and connection can remain central. I am committed to walking alongside clients and loved ones with care, clarity, and respect during one of life’s most meaningful transitions.
