About

As an End-of-Life Coach/Death Doula, I believe that the end of life deserves the same care, intention, and compassion as the beginning. With a calm presence and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey, I support individuals and families as they navigate death, dying, and grief.
My death-journey began with the loss of my mom after her 2nd battle with cancer in 2021. I was her full-time caregiver, providing physical and emotional support at countless appointments, keeping track of all aspects of her care, and guiding her through her final months of life. Prior to that I volunteered with EMS for 5 years and witnessed several passings. After, I worked at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center with my mom’s medical team, at a local mortuary conducting funerals, and now as an End-of-Life Coach.
In my work with you and your loved ones, I offer companionship and assistance, as I support those who are impacted by a coming or recent loss, and aid in the preparation of the administrative side that is either required or desired when there is a loss. I offer a warm approach to accompany the journey of the group, whether that is just myself and the soon-to-be departed, or a whole collection of love. I believe deeply in meeting people where they are and in creating space for meaningful conversation, comfort, and dignity at the end of life.
I invite you to contact me for a complimentary 30-minute virtual or telephone conversation. I practice in the Ellensburg/Central Washington area, and all of Washington virtually.
