My background is in both theology and clinical mental health therapy where I have specialized in the care of trauma, grief, and addiction for over ten years. I came to End of Life Planning/Death Doula care with the desire to deepen the support I can offer to those in end of life stages as well as support their loved ones and care-givers navigate this time. I currently offer clinical and non-clinical individual sessions that are rooted in both emotional and practical support. My offerings include support for anticipatory grief, intersections of grief and trauma, and complex family dynamics.
