I have been in the fitness and wellness field for over 40 years. After spending 32 years working with individuals in the corporate wellness setting, I launched ShipShape, where I have found my passion working with the aging population. With a degree in Exercise Science and Certification as a Fall Prevention Specialist, I work with the aging to keep them strong and mobile, with the goal of preventing falls. With a Certification as a Dementia Care Practitioner, I support all individuals and their caregivers throughout the transition through end of life. Providing assistance and services as a Death Doula/End of Life Planner I specialize in estate organization services preparing for end of life as well as concierge one-on-one support with all of the tasks and work that fall to executors after the loss of a loved one.

I provide in-person support in the State of Rhode Island and can leverage the internet and phone providing virtual support anywhere.
