About

I am an end-of-life doula and Certified Life Cycle Celebrant who supports individuals and families through transitions with compassion, presence, and intentional care. Through my practice, Meaningful Moments, I provide companionship, legacy reflection, vigil support, and personalized ceremonies that honor life, loss, and the sacred thresholds between them. My work is grounded in the belief that dying, like living, deserves dignity, meaning, and connection.

I bring a unique interdisciplinary perspective to my doula work, informed by my background in holistic wellness coaching, mindfulness practices, and my professional experience guiding families through complex life decisions. I am especially attentive to the emotional, spiritual, and relational dimensions of end-of-life experiences, creating spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported. As a Certified Life Cycle Celebrant, I design customized rituals and memorial experiences that reflect each person’s story, values, and legacy.

My approach is centered on presence, listening, and honoring what matters most.
