About

My work is grounded in more than a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through aging, illness, and end-of-life transitions. I hold a Bachelor of Science from Grand Valley State University with a concentration in Health & Human Services at the End of Life, and I have spent years working closely with families as a hospice care consultant. This background allows me to guide families with both professional insight and deep compassion.

I believe that open, honest conversations about aging, decline, and death are not harmful—they are empowering. Talking about death does not bring it to fruition; rather, it creates clarity, preparedness, and peace of mind. My approach is to sit with families, listen carefully, and help them understand what may lie ahead so decisions can be made thoughtfully, not in crisis.

By supporting families early—before a health emergency or rapid decline—I help ensure they are not left feeling unprepared or overwhelmed when needs change. Whether navigating care options for an aging loved one or planning for end-of-life support, my role is to provide steady guidance, normalize difficult conversations, and help families move forward with confidence and compassion.
