Some of life’s most sacred moments happen at the threshold — and I have stood at both ends.
In 2024, I lost my mother suddenly. In that same season of life, I welcomed my daughter into the world. Holding new life while carrying fresh grief, I understood something deeply: birth and death are not opposites. They are the same doorway, walked in different directions.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families through loss, grief, and life’s hardest transitions. I work in private practice serving Colorado clients, and I facilitate supportive grief groups where loss can simply be witnessed, without explanation or rush.
As a death doula, I bring my clinical training and my own lived experience of grief into the room with you. I believe no one should face dying alone — and that when we allow ourselves to be truly present to death, to our loved ones wishes, we often find our way back to what matters most.
