About

My name is Meg Titcomb, and caring for others has been the pulse of my life for as long as I can remember. As a Registered Nurse, I spent eight years at the bedside, with much of that time in the high-stakes environment of Critical Care.

In the ICU, I saw the profound difference between a family that was prepared—mentally, spiritually, and logistically—and one that was caught in the storm of crisis. I witnessed how the transition from this life can be a sacred, beautiful experience, but also how easily it can become tragic and traumatic without the right guidance.

That realization changed me. I stepped away from the clinical setting to become a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Nurse Coach, specializing in the art of deep listening. Today, as an End-of-Life Doula, I combine my clinical ‘eyes’ with a coach’s heart. I help individuals embrace their mortality and plan for the end of life with clarity, so they can surrender to the ‘flow state’ of living fully in the present. This work is more than a career; for me, it is my mission to return dignity and peace to life’s final chapter.
