I am a grief-support companion with lived experience as a widow and years of supporting others through loss. I’ve led widow groups, helped facilitate retreats, and walked alongside hundreds of people in their grief journeys. My background includes Stephen Ministry training, pastoral-care involvement, and coaching coursework focused on communication and emotional support. I believe in compassionate, ethical, person-centered end-of-life care.
