My name is M.J. (she/her) and I am a friend of grief. Beyond journeying through my own grief landscape, I walk alongside many individuals and friends in need of a trauma-informed companion who has walked the road of grief before. For over 5 years, I have provided the services of grief companionship, grief processing and grief healing. I additionally journey with individuals walking through end of life grief and anticipatory grief, as well as other complex non-death grief experiences (such as career loss, friendship loss and identity loss).
