I am here for you when you need someone to accompany you or your loved one through the process of dying, to plan a celebration of life, to help with loose ends after someone’s death, and to help you plan for end of life. I am Los Angeles-based and am also willing and able to travel or to connect remotely.

The gifts I bring to accompany and guide in this work are:

A multicultural lens: I was born in England to Egyptian parents, am fluent in Spanish, and have lived in Europe, Southern and North Africa, Europe and on both the East and West coasts of America;

Calm and perspective amidst it all: for three decades, I have organized events that range from high-end intimate dinner parties to a gala with 700 guests. I’ve learned to focus, listen, problem-solve, advocate and deliver with thoughtfulness and joy;

Storytelling and meaning making: many years in the nonprofit sector have honed my ability to draw out and honor stories, weaving them into ceremonies, celebrations of life, or legacy projects that help people feel seen, remembered, and connected.
