I am the End-of-Life Doula volunteer coordinator for Care Dimensions.
Care Dimensions is the largest non-profit hospice organization in MA. CD offers HomeMD, hospice, palliative and pediatric care to patients
in their homes, LTF, and at hospice houses.
After being a volunteer at Care Dimensions for almost 6 years, I became certified thru UVM in their End-of-Life Doula program.
I am now helping create an EOL doula program within our volunteer department at Care Dimensions.
