Families often face the end with no map for what’s coming. Pat Cuccio gives them one. After 25+ years as a hospice nurse and nurse manager, she became a Certified End-of-Life and Elder Care Doula. Her work centers on the physical reality of dying, the part that frightens families most. She names what’s happening, explains why it’s normal, and steadies the family inside it.

Her presence is emotional, relational, and informational. She offers education on what to expect, advance care planning, life review and legacy work, vigil planning, ritual creation, collaboration with hospice and medical teams and after death care.

She works with families on Long Island and throughout the greater New York area, and virtually nationwide.
