About

I help people navigate the later stages of life with dignity and clarity. Drawing from my experience caring for my late husband, I understand the importance of open communication, advance planning and the healing power of connection. This journey shaped my approach to illness, aging and end-of-life issues — and inspired me to guide others through similar transitions.

A lifelong student of Bowen Family Systems Theory, my perspective is rooted in a deep understanding of how each family member impacts relationships. As such, I am particularly interested in honoring my clients’ wishes while navigating the effects of illness and decline on family members and caregivers.

I completed professional end-of-life training through the University of Vermont and the International End of Life Doula Association (INELDA) and volunteer for local hospice programs. I also completed a year-long, supervised study on the ethics of death and dying. My services include facilitating life reviews, creating ethical wills, advance care planning, grief support, and planning for funerals and celebrations of life.

With over 30 years in marketing and strategic communications, plus a decade in financial services, I help clients and their families articulate their values, wishes and legacies. Whether helping someone craft a heartfelt letter to loved ones or identifying a family’s next steps, I strive to offer a calm, curious and supportive space for reflection and healing.
