I am an INELDA-trained death doula, hospice volunteer, Member of the NH Health Care Decisions Coalition and founder of the Pre-Dead Social Club LLC. Most of my work as an end-of-life doula today is happening “upstream” of a diagnosis or life-limiting illness. I consistently offer programs and events within my communities that invite people to explore topics about dying and death. The goal is that the more people participate, the more they will gain more clarity and confidence to advocate for what matter most pertaining to support at end-of-life for ourselves and those we care about.

I’m all about “death awareness” and what that means to each of us as individuals and doing so in community with others – where we gain insights from other’s practical wisdom along the way.

I so appreciate building mortal muscles in the community of others–and expanding compassionate communities for all.
