Root (they/them) is a Spiritual Companion and a Death Doula. Their services include sitting vigil with the dying, supporting the circle of support/family with one-on-one and group discussions about end of life options, researching funeral options, and providing Spiritual Companionship through conversations, ritual, active listening, and support through Somatic Experiencing before and after the loved one has died. Root is also a licensed interfaith minister who can also act as the funeral celebrant for the client.
