Rosana Alaniz
About
I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and certified End-of-Life Doula dedicated to supporting individuals and families navigating the emotional, practical, and spiritual aspects of serious illness, aging, and the end-of-life journey. My work focuses on helping people find comfort, meaning, and dignity during life’s most vulnerable transitions, including anticipatory grief, loss, chronic illness, and caregiver stress.
With a strong foundation in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), I provide compassionate, culturally responsive care that honors each person’s values, beliefs, and life story. I support clients in processing complex emotions such as fear, sadness, uncertainty, and grief while also helping them cultivate moments of connection, reflection, and peace.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and person-centered. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals and families can openly explore their experiences, discuss end-of-life wishes, and receive emotional support through every stage of the journey. I believe that even in the face of loss and transition, there can be opportunities for meaning, healing, and deep connection.
It is an honor to walk alongside clients during this profound stage of life. Whether you are facing a life-limiting illness, caring for a loved one, or coping with grief, I am here to provide compassionate guidance and support so that you do not have to navigate this journey alone. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule a consultation. Your comfort, dignity, and well-being are my priority.
