About
Hi, I’m Colleen — a trained End-of-Life Doula and Ceremonialist offering compassionate care and companionship through life’s most tender transitions. My work weaves together end-of-life education, after-death guidance, and sacred rites of passage.
Raised near the southwestern edge of the Adirondack Park and rooted in the Tri-Lakes region since 2015, I’ve long been drawn to beauty, connection, and ritual during life’s hardships. My journey has taken me across South and Southeast Asia by bicycle, and deep into community and ceremony here at home — all shaping how I hold space for death, grief, and transformation.
Sacred Explorations grew from my own experiences of depression, healing, and rediscovering the power of community and meaning-making. Through hospice work, doula training, and a lifelong relationship with ceremony, I now accompany others with presence, care, and reverence.
Whether you’re navigating loss, preparing for end-of-life, or honoring a transition, I’m here to walk beside you — to soften the path with beauty, belonging, and deep listening.
Thank you for considering making me a part of your journey!
