I’m Mario Vazquez, (Master’s degree in Pastoral Theology) and I’ve been working as an end-of-life doula and cetified and Board Certified Chaplain for almost five years. My focus is the Hispanic community. This led me to create the organization El Último Abrazo (The Last Embrace). We are the only organization that provides End-of-life doula (Doula del final de la vida) training in Spanish in the United States. I have written 11 books, including two manuals, four books on death and dying, and five books on personal development. I am also planning three more books for 2026. I am a CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education) trainer for chaplains in Spanish. I live in the Salt Lake City area of ​​Utah. My main focus is providing end-of-life doula education to the Hispanic community.
