I became a death doula and created Soulular Transitions as a way to provide connection, comfort, and understanding, rather than the fear we often associate with the process of death and dying. My purpose is to facilitate the shift not only from the physical to the spiritual as one dies, but to also help embrace the beauty and peace of all transitions. Death and loss are not just physical, they’re also an emotional and spiritual experience felt deep within our cells and our souls, or as I like to say, we feel it at a soulular level.

I believe that death is experienced beyond the physical end of life and extends into other areas of loss such as divorce, job loss, the end of a long-term friendship, and numerous other losses that affect who we are. I refer to these events as “abstract death” and these types of death can be just as difficult to navigate as a physical loss of life.

My services include but are not limited to bedside support, pet loss, abstract death support, MAID support (where legal), VSED support, legacy projects, helping you explore body disposition options, end of life and advanced care planning.
