I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 30 years of practice experience in hospital and home care settings. I specialize in Aging and Palliative Care Medicine, and work as a private consultant to individuals, families, and organizations on aging, independence, and quality-of-life matters. Most of my work involves providing geriatric care management and assisting clients in using psychotherapy to find meaning and purpose at the end of life while crafting their life legacy. Our ability to successfully navigate life’s challenges requires integrating our physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual selves. Our ability to achieve this harmony results in wholeness.
