I offer gentle, regulation-centered support for individuals and caregivers navigating end of life transitions.
For those approaching the end of life, I offer hospice massage for comfort, attuned presence, and nervous system regulation practices to support settling, connection, and embodied ease. My approach is responsive and paced according to what the individual and the moment needs.
For caregivers, I offer somatic tools and nervous system support to help navigate stress, anticipatory grief, and emotional overwhelm. You deserve tending too.
My role is supportive and presence-based. I do not provide medical, nursing, or administrative services.
I am a trauma-experienced, consent-driven practitioner and licensed massage therapist. I have training hospice massage, somatic practices and nervous system regulation. I bring the same attuned, unhurried presence to end of life care that I bring to all of my work.
