As a holistic and compassionate death doula and life coach, I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to prepare for their own sacred passage with intention, dignity, and peace. I support individuals, and their families, through the end-of-life journey by helping them prepare physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Whether facing limited time or planning ahead, I provide a calm, supportive presence and a safe space to explore fears, hopes, wishes, and what matters most.

In addition to working directly with individuals and families, I volunteer with Four Seasons Hospice and Emberlight: the Center for Conscious Living and Dying. I do not charge for my direct doula services. Instead, I invite those I serve to make a contribution to a mutually agreed-upon nonprofit organization, allowing this work to remain rooted in generosity, service, and community.

Through deep listening and meaningful conversations, end-of-life planning and legacy work, practical guidance, and personalized support, I help individuals navigate this profound transition with greater comfort, clarity, peace, and a sense of completion. I believe that thoughtful preparation for death can transform the dying experience into one of meaning, connection, and grace—empowering us to live fully, love deeply, and embrace each moment until our last breath.
