The Doula Experience is a Houston-based end-of-life care practice founded by Tammara Coleman, The PreNeed Doula, dedicated to supporting individuals and families through serious illness, active dying, and the transitions that follow.

Rooted in compassion, clarity, and cultural sensitivity, The Doula Experience provides non-medical, holistic support that honors each person’s values, beliefs, and lived experience. Services include end-of-life planning, advance care conversations, bedside and vigil support, legacy work, family advocacy, and grief-informed guidance before and after death.

What distinguishes The Doula Experience is its integrated approach—bridging emotional, practical, and logistical care. Through affiliated services, clients may also receive support with affairs readiness, document coordination, and legacy preparation, ensuring that plans are not only discussed, but thoughtfully carried through.
