I am Tandia R. Cummings, an IEOLCA-certified End-of-Life Doula and founder of Sacred Exits with Rubie, based in Raleigh, North Carolina. I offer compassionate emotional support, vigil companionship, legacy and life-review work, advance care planning guidance, and grief and bereavement support for individuals and families navigating serious illness, dying, and loss.

With over a decade of experience in trauma-informed wellness care, I bring a calm, grounded, and non-judgmental presence to some of life’s most vulnerable moments. My work is rooted in dignity, cultural humility, and deep listening. I believe that death is not only an ending, but also a powerful teacher, and I help people prepare for death so they can live more fully now.

I meet clients exactly where they are emotionally, spiritually, and practically while honoring each person’s values, wishes, and unique journey.
