Teri Jacobson is a Conscious Living Educator, Advanced Illness and End of Life Doula. She trains hospice volunteers and doulas for a local organization and is also a hospice volunteer. Teri works with organizations and Senior Living Communities to provide workshops, training and education for residents, families and staff. Teri has a special place in her heart for those impacted by dementia and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner as well as an Alzheimer Disease and Dementia Care Trainer. An advocate for whole person wellness, she provides coaching in the five domains of life (physical, emotional, spiritual, mental and practical) which allows for intentional living and practical goals of care. Teri is an Advanced Care Planning Facilitator and trained under Before I Go Method.
Teri is passionate about intentional living and being creative in finding ways to connect families and loved ones, especially inside dementia and at end of this life. Before becoming an EOL Doula, Teri worked in global mobility as a counselor for families moving worldwide.
