About
I provide compassionate, informed, non-clinical support, education, and wayfinding for individuals and families facing end-of-life concerns. Some clients are healthy and simply feel it’s wise to prepare for the inevitability of death before it becomes pressing. Others are facing a life-changing diagnosis, caring for someone they love, living with terminal illness, or grieving a loss.
My work is grounded in helping navigate practical realities and earthly concerns while also honoring the mystery, meaning, and unseen dimensions of human experience. Areas of special interest include Medical Aid in Dying and the (legal and ethical) use of psychedelics in facing our fears around death and exploring questions of mortality, consciousness, and what may lie beyond this lifetime.
I hold a personal belief that our existence does not end with physical death. While I aim never to impose this perspective on clients, it does inform my work. I also believe each person carries an inner wisdom that can offer the best guidance available through life’s most challenging passages. My intention is to offer steady presence, practical support, and thoughtful reflection as you connect more deeply with that inner knowing and discover your own way forward.
My background includes training and/or certification in end-of-life doula work, bereavement support, psychedelic preparation and integration, meditation, breathwork, energy medicine, and esoteric modalities. I have also studied with teachers, healers, and Indigenous wisdom keepers around the world.
My greatest teacher has been my beloved husband Benjamin’s terminal illness and death, the caregiving journey that preceded it, the grief that followed, and the continuing evolution of our relationship. These experiences remain my living education in what it means to hold both the temporal and eternal dimensions of being human.
